Hunter Thomas Mangano is a Sophomore at the Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam. He is currently working on his BM in Music Education with a concentration in Tuba, as well as a Jazz Studies minor with a concentration in Bass. Between classes, bands, large ensembles, jazz band, and more, Hunter is quite an active participant in both playing and studies. Hunter is currently in the studio of Dr. Charles Guy studying Tuba, as well as studying Jazz under the direction of Professor Bret Zvacek.
Outside of Crane, Hunter is consistently working and growing as a musician. He has been in multiple bands throughout high school and today, has played in Jazz Combos with friends and professors alike at paying gigs, and he has also been teaching private Tuba and Bass lessons since his junior year of high school.
Hunter Mangano is from the town of West Milford, New Jersey.
